  • 5 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 5 tablespoons of finely grated coconut
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of sugar (see notes below)
  • 1 pinch of salt
Mix the cocoa powder with virgin coconut oil until thoroughly blended. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
Place the mixture in either a mold or a tray approximately 3 inches by 6 inches, though this can vary depending on how thick you want it—and what size tray you have available! Pat it down as evenly as possible. You can also use an ice cube tray or individual molds to make separate bonbons.

Only ten seconds for survival!








We are thankful to God for ushering us into this new year. We are wishing all of us a joy-filled, wonderful, prosperous and and healthy new year.
As we eat and make merry this festive period, we should endeavour to keep our heart which is the core organ in our body system healthy.
The food we eat contributes alot to how healthy our heart can be and it's ability to avert cardiovascular diseases especially diseases that lead to heart attack.
Heart attack (myocardial infarction) has been responsible to millions of death world wide, statistics put it that one person suffers from heart attack globally every 34seconds and over 35% of that culminates to death (that's very alarming).
That's why there's this awareness of how to survive heart attack (personally or helping a victim).
In the case of a heart attack, people are really helpless, the heart rate begins to beat improperly and there are usually about 10 seconds to react before they lose consciousness.
